3D modeling · runs in your browser
Draw it flat.
Pull it into space.
DrawDown is a SketchUp-style modeler built for real projects: architecture, furniture, 3D printing and laser cutting. Nothing to install and no account needed.
Push / Pull
Draw a rectangle or circle on any face and extrude it. Holes, splits and merged coplanar faces are handled for you.
Angled geometry
Move vertices, edges or faces and attached geometry stretches with them, so sloped roofs and chamfers just work.
Snapping and inference
Endpoints, midpoints, intersections, axis tracking, parallel and perpendicular guides, plus Shift-lock.
Groups, components, tags
Organize with groups and reusable components, toggle visibility with tags, and navigate with the outliner.
Entity Info and units
Area, perimeter, slope and volume for what you select, in the units you choose.
Scale and materials
Scale tool plus color painting for quick presentation models.
Export what you build
Made for the workshop as much as the screen. Flat-pack output is designed for laser cutters, and meshes go straight to slicers.
Good to know
DrawDown autosaves in your browser, on that computer only. Use File → Save to download a .drawdown.json project file regularly, and open it again from the same menu. It is a work in progress, so expect rough edges.
